Maintenance on 2012 RX @90k
Wife's car has been awesome. Plan to keep for another 5-6 years. Only things I've had to do outside of reg maintenance are tires, F&R brakes, battery.
Thinking of doing the following maintenance items and replacing struts (it rides like garbage-my only big complaint with this car)
Oil/Filter
Air Filter/Cabin Air filter
Front & Rear Struts
Spark Plugs
Coolant
Brake Fluid
Trans fluid was changed @60k
Diff was also changed, I have to look at my service receipts to see when. I take to local Toyota dealer, they are awesome.
Any other parts I should look to replace or fluids to change?

The most expensive item on the list is replacing the spark plugs. Lexus states that it requires 6 hours of labor because the intake manifold has to be removed to get to the rear bank. My 2015 RX350 calls for replacing the plugs at 120,000 miles.

Get the transmission fluid changed. I just had it done on my Mother's 2010 ES350 which has the same transmission and almost the same engine. The local Toyota dealer charged about $570 for them to change the transmission fluid, coolant and brake fluid. They used BG machines on the trans and coolant fluid exchanges but used Toyota fluids. I hope they charge less in PA than in VA outside Washington, DC.

Depending on how much life is left in the brake pads and when they were replaced you could have them service the brakes. This involves taking the pads off, cleaning and lubricating the pad contact surfaces, then removing, cleaning and regreasing the caliper glide pins. I do this myself every year or so and do not know the cost at a shop.
Have them replace the upper strut mount bearing when doing the front struts. The part only costs about $30 and does not involve any additional labor when replacing the struts.
The rear ones are shock absorbers and are only held in with a bolt at each end.
