Default Need advice on buying a 2015 RX 350

Hello! I have a few questions related to a specific RX 350 I am interested in buying. I'm not a car person so please excuse any ignorance on my part. I have done a fair amount of searching on this forum as well as Reddit and YouTube so I think I am pretty well prepared with general knowledge related to this model, but these questions are very specific.

2015 RX 350
48k miles in Los Angeles
Previously was a corporate lease
1 owner, no accidents on Carfax
Current price is approx $26,000 and the total is about 30k out the door. *I can probably work the price a little bit*
Premium package
Service records show a 15,000-mile service, 35,000-mile service, and then the dealership service when the lease was returned. New tires, new brakes.

My questions:
1: Are there any cons to purchasing a former corporate lease? It seems that in general corporate vehicles are priced lower than similar vehicles with a private owner. Is that just a coincidence or is there something to this?

2: Are the service records (3) normal or should I be expecting many more? No records of oil changes either. Is this a red flag or normal?

3: The dealership included their own report of the pre-purchase inspection and it looks good. They have also agreed to let me take it into my mechanic for an independent PPI. If there is any hidden damage or something falling apart or ready to go would a PPI be able to catch it? How certain can I be that a vehicle that passes a PPI is a safe bet and I won't need to worry?

4: Are there any specific issues with the electronics or infotainment that I should have checked out by a professional? Is this something that should be covered in a PPI or is it separate?

Lastly, Is there anything else that I can be doing to make sure I am making the best purchase? I'm not in any hurry to buy so I don't mind waiting if something doesn't seem right. Thanks in advance!

We have a '15 with the same miles.
Our service history would show nine trips to the dealer for routine maintenance.
Don't need tires or brakes at 48k.
The dealer mailed us trade offers of $26k for a couple of months before the basic warranty expired in June.

I would want a substantial discount to purchase a corporate lease with two oil changes.
Actually, I'd just pass. There are tons of used RXs with less possibility of abuse.

Thank you for the info. That’s exactly what I was worried about. There are lots of similar deals around. This one just happens to be the closest to me.
So to be clear the big red flag is that there is no history of oil changes?

I purchased an RX350 in May with 19K miles off lease for $29,988. Excellent CarFax report. So far I am quite pleased.

I agree with Raoul, I’d pass. There should be nine service records by 48,000 and you only have evidence of two. It’s possible that the owner had oil changes done somewhere other than a dealer but in the absence of any records you are forced to assume that the car was maintained poorly. Someday when you are ready to sell your potential buyer is going to have the same questions.
I bought a 2015 RX as a certified vehicle with 3400 miles on it. Be patient and the perfect deal will come your way.

I agree with the others--pass on this one. Maybe run away rather than walk.

BTW- Our 2015 RX came with Dunlop tires which need to be replaced very soon at 33K miles. I'll be buying Michelins.

We just bought a 2015 RX350 for my wife 1 month ago. 39K miles, single owner, all services done and on time. Certified pre owned for 29K. Had new tires and new brakes done before being put up for sale. Very clean in and out. With is being certified, we get all the services done free for the next 20K miles. Best part is getting the 60K mile service done free too :-)
