2010 RX450H - A/C problems (HOT air on one side)
Hello,
I just bought recently a Lexus RX450H and I have some problems with the A/C system. It blows warm air on the driver side and very cold air on the passager side. This usually happens when I'm using the air conditioning but when I don't and I set the temps to high, it blows very hot air on driver's side but on the passenger side it's just warm. I know about that "DUAL" button, I just have set the same temperature on the both sides. Tried all the options and combinations maybe something will unblock or I don't know but it seems that it was useless. I don't have any errors on Techstream. The actuators seems to be working. Thank you for your time!
Best wishes,
Alexandru HN

Actuator moves the damper [door] and if it physically observed to me moving the problem can broken lever inside or broken ducting.

I checked both blend door actuators from both sides and they are working, from the exterior everything looks and seems to work good, also I tried to adjust manually the interior flaps and they work, I can feel them by hand when I turn them...

I checked all 4 actuators with Techstream ( only 4 are in this software available ) and I looked at every one how it works, all of them are working properly, I have 3 on the passenger side and one on the driver side... Could be a core heater problem ? The 2 ducts from the driver side are hot as hell still...

I do not know where it is in Lexus vehicles. In a Jaguar sedan I had a decade or so ago, it was in the engine bay underneath some of the coolant hoses and was a pain to access for replacement.
