I'm having an intermittent (most of the times) problem with the power tailgate on my 2013 RX350. It will not open or close either while pressing the button an the dash, key fob, or close while pressing the button on the rear door. The buzzer does beep and I can hear the door unlock when I press a button but it will not open and I have to open it manually. I know the motor has engaged because I can feel the tension when opening or closing the door manually. Has this happened to anyone else and what kind of expense am I looking at if the dealer has to repair it or change the motor? I've just noticed that Konradsa has the same issue. I've had to replace my battery since to problem began and tried resetting the on / off button. The problem is still there. Thank you in advance for your info / help.
