Please explain, no power.

Did you plug in an OBD connector and it does not power on? What kind did you plug in? Have you used this OBD scanner with other cars and it works?

Your USB port should have 500 milliamps (0.5 Amp) of power.
This will maintain an iPod/iPhone but not an iPad. Real use of
the port is for media to the speakers, you should be charging
from a 12v adapter in a power socket. Some phones will glitch
if you try playing their music via USB and a call comes through
the Bluetooth.

I used an OBD 2 scanner and it works fine with the other car but doesn't turn on on my Lexus. I checked the fuse is good.

Is the car turned on?

I found the wire to the internal fuse box doesn't have power
some of the fuses in the engine don't have electric too but they are good and no damage

Is this a salvage vehicle? Maybe from the recent flooding in Texas?
