Warning Light & "ECO OFF"

I have a 2010 RX350. What does this warning light mean?

I think it means you somehow turned off the green eco light that comes on to advise when you are driving in a way to save gas. See this http://www.bigresource.org/autos/Lex...-WiPBdPbM.html
