Default Buy CPO now or wait until 2018 come out

I am looking at getting a CPO 2012-2015 RX 350. Should I wait until the 2018s come out because it will drive down the price? Is there really a significant drop in prices? I know the key factor is buy the car you want but I am flexible on color and gadgets. I do not need a NAV system as I have smart phone/garmin. Just wondering what others think.

Buy when the car you want pops up at the price you want. Tomorrow or next year. No one has a crystal ball.

the 2018 RX will be exactly the same as '16 and '17 and its arrival will have minimal or not at all effects to the used price of the 3rd gen.

if you are looking for preowned 2016 and 2017 then You should wait.

I don't foresee a major price drop when the '18 comes out. Keep your eyes on the listings and find a deal, they are out there. I have a 2015 with NAV and agree with you, anything else but Lexus NAV is an improvement.

I find the Lexus nav pretty easy to use,
it is bs they charge for upgrades, and traffic should also be included
I am not a fan of Google or Apple maps, I find the roads are not dark enough, also the screen on the iPhone is hard to read with polarized sunglasses

As time goes bye, the older models will reduce in price and finding the right vehicle that meets your requirements also becomes harder.

If you like a vehicle and the price suits you buy it. Every month the vehicles price goes down [if you own it or some one else owns it]. If you own it, you get to use it.

I spent almost 2 months looking before I found my 2010 RX in the condition I wanted with the mileage I found acceptable at the price I was willing to pay. Like it was said above... buy when you find the vehicle you want at the price you are willing to pay. Wait for what you want but don't skip over what you want in the hopes a better deal will come along.
