Sporadic Jerks in the Steering
I have a 2011 RX 450h. At speeds of 45 mph+, there are sporadic jerks where the vehicle jolts side to side. All passengers in the vehicle feel this movement. Any ideas on how to correct ?

You should have a professional mechanic inspect all your suspension and steering components to rule out or identify the source of your issue. It could be anything and only an inspection could get a positive answer. How many miles are on it?
The rear shocks are known for leaking and can easily be inspected. If the lower halves are damp, meaning darker and wetter looking than the top, you have a leak and worn shocks are your likely cause. Luckily if that is the cause, rear shocks are cheap with OEM ones available online for about $80 a pair and a shop should not charge that much to replace them.

If so it can be wheel balance issue.
Else, I can't think what would have correlation with speed.
