Hi everyone, i am new here. my 2010 RX350 Audio system went silent. Checked bluetooth connect, CD player and FM AM all working good,but still no sound at all. Before it went silent, i was sitting in the car and the audio is playing music, then strong noise come from driver door's speaker for about 1 min then audio went quiet. Tried restart the car , still no sound. And When i start the car, also get a cracking static sound from the speakers at same times. Any one know what's going on?

First check the fuses. Look at owner's manual to find the fuse boxes and identify the amplifier fuses. There is one on the lower left dash near the driver's knee. Another under the hood. Their covers have fuse IDs printed inside.

However it is more likely your amp or head unit blew, then it gets expensive and your best bet is professional diagnosis and repair or a replacement unless you are very handy with this stuff. Some have purchased used amps or head units and some bought new from the dealer. You may need the dealer or a great aftermarket car stereo place to diagnosis this.
