Vibration in gas pedal solved with sorbothane pads??
I have a 2012 RX 350. Bought it last month and started to feel slight vibrations/buzzing in my gas pedal during driving. I do not feel anything else in the car, i.e. steering wheel, seat floor etc everything seems to be pretty smooth. Its just the gas pedal that has a slight vibration. I dont know if it already existed when i bought or if its something recent but i have just started noticing it. Its subtle but causes some tickling in my right foot.
I have read about this in other forums. Some ford F150 drivers have had success in eliminating gas pedal vibrations by installing "Sorbothane vibration isloation sheet" beneath the gas pedal assembly. Looks like this has worked for them. Any one here who has had this problem and ended up using going with the sorbothane solution?
Suggestions please??

Those were my thoughts as well... get to the ROOT CAUSE... coverups only lead to larger failures in the end.
One other thought I had was whether or not this might be a result of some type of neuropathy as a result of diminished blood flow to your feet as a result of the seat position.
