Default Anyone using Mirrorlink with 2014 RX350?

I just upgraded my phone to Samsung S7 Edge on Verizon. I noticed this Mirrorlink feature which could be useful.

Is it supported on 2014 RX350? if so, is this only wired USB or could wireless work also?

Please let me know. Thanks.

Those were all recalled last weekend due to a tendency to explode and / or catch on fire.

That was the Note 7 which is being recalled. Not the S7 Edge.

Hard to say, as every phone has a small number of battery failures that go unnoticed until something like the widely known issues of the Note 7 brings the spotlight out and everyone heads to their fallout shelters. As the guy responsible for handling my company's mobile phones, I've seen a few worrying things over the years. Most common is the notorious battery swell. I've seen a few iPhone 6 battery swell issues that causes the screen to be forced out of the case. The built in batteries do tend to be much thinner so their swell takes longer to notice. On Samsung with removable batteries (which are much thicker), I've seen a couple of them over the years swell so much they were halfway to becoming a battery ball. Fortunately so far I've only seen the batteries swell and not rupture, I'm sure that would be 100X worse.

As far as I know, no Lexus currently supports it. There are a couple Toyota's, but those are overseas models. Toyota seems committed to not giving us CarPlay/Android Auto, and instead got into a partnership with Ford and using SmartDeviceLink.
