Default Tow package standard on Canadian RX's?

I recently installed a trailer hitch and I'm trying to find confirmation that the Canadian RX's have the tow package included. When I bought there was no mention of an optional tow package and I think I've read that someone mentioned it was standard. Can anyone quickly confirm this?

Thanks

Although I am not 100% sure, I rather doubt that the trailer hitch is included on Canadian RX's! I have a 2015 RX 350 It cost me in the neighbourhood of $750 for the trailer tow package from Lexus. If I'm wrong, cudos to you.

Have a look in the driver's side front wheel well, forward. A louvered lining will indicate a transmission cooler , you can easily see it through the louvered vents.
Although it may not have the factory installed hitch receiver, the drive train is ready to go.
Cooling, transmission cooling, additional 12V generating capacity are among the towing prep. components.
I read somewhere all Cdn. RX cars were AWD & had the trailer prep. package.
GM still fits a block heater to all new Vettes coming this way.

I paid 240 for the curt hitch and installed it fairly easily. Checked and it does seem like there is the tranny cooler. I guess I'm good for 3500 lbs lol.

Yep the tow package is standard in the Canadian models. I went through the same research before buying and installing the Curt hitch a couple months back.

Those who did DIY hitch, were you able to connect your hitch lights easily?

There is a post on this: 2013 RX 350 AWD Trailer Hitch

I installed the Lexus electrical converter for towing that is referenced in the post. The wiring and installation was a snap.

I own a Canadian 2013 RX350 AWD Touring model and installed a Curt hitch from ETrailer.com. Other than some minor trimming on the rear black shield, the installation was a breeze but it is helpful if you have someone keep the hitch bar level while inserting and tightening bolts. There was a cap on an plug on the left side of the car, under the bumper, and when I removed the cover, plugged in the ETrailer supplied wiring harness and everything was good to go. Total cost - under $200.00. Good videos on their website.
