Default O2 sensor bad...bank 2 sensor 2

I have a check engine light along with a traction control light that came on the same time. Took it to autozone and the code said o2 bank 2 sensor 2. Has anyone had this fault yet. What sensor out of the 4 is it? My RX is a 2010 with 95K on it.

When you look up the part there are LEFT upstream and downstream and RIGHT upstream and downstream. Which one am I looking for?

Yes, I had this issue with my 2010 RX450h. Two things to check. First is your gas cap on tight? If it isn't you can get this indication on some Lexus vehicles. In my case it turned out the O2 sensor failed, because it was being fouled by water in the exhaust system. The source of the water was from the heat exchanger that recovers exhaust heat to warm up the engine faster, so it can shut down sooner. This was probably a problem isolated to the hybrid model. If your car is not a hybrid it might just be a typical failure of the sensor, or some indication that something is fouling the sensor, like water in the exhaust from a bad internal seal, or oil from a worn out engine part. If you do have a hybrid, check the radiator for normal water level, and the reservoir. You won't see any leaks or puddles under the car since the leak, like mine, is inside the exhaust system and the water evaporates before it exits the tailpipe.

Maybe this thread will help. I searched "oxygen" as I recalled this discussion.

And there's a Limited Service Campaign to replace an O2 sensor with attached wire harness bracket. Apparently the wire harness bracket may be damaged due to routing and engine vibration. A notice was sent out a few months ago. Contact the dealer to see if yours might be covered. Good luck.

What was the bill on THAT? - When I looked at the cost of a replacement (I don't need one - was just planning) exhaust system for my '13 RXh - I nearly fainted!
