You're in Dubai and bought a car from a US auction? I'm not familiar with auction car purchases, but something doesn't seem right. Unless you have connections in the car repair business, I think you bought something that will be more trouble to fix than it's worth. My opinion of course.
The problem is probably a dead battery. Enough juice to power the ODO, but nothing else.

Any accident repair that involves replacing airbags will cost several thousand dollars. However, repairs always cost more than you expect.
My father fell asleep, went off the road on I95 in NC and tore up 100 feet of guardrail and the driver side of his 2010 ES350 to the tune of $15,000 and the airbags never went off! No injuries. They fixed it because it was only a year old.

thank you very much for your reply ,
yes i am in Dubai, this is big business here in UAE , dealers are brought salvage cars from US and brought here and they used them either to repair and sell it back or spare parts , i am not dealer actually i purchased this car to repair and use it for myself , repair cost here may be less than US , hope Enough juice to power the ODO,
let us see after 20 days after receiving the car .

It is true, its a huge business and it cost way cheaper to fix it overseas than in the US. A friend of my does similar thing, buys salvage cars here on the east coast and ships them to Ukraine and Russia and he sells them there for almost full price of what they cost here. work labor is very cheap, parts are very cheap and people dont give two damns what happened to the car here, whether its salvaged or not, only minus is that you have to know people at the border patrol in a port city so they wont charge the proper amount for the car but instead you can give them like 5% of the value and thats it, pretty good way to make cash.

ODO working & it won't crank, battery as raylor4.
Cranking but won't fire, look for a reset button for the fuel pump. Built to shutdown in a collision to prevent fuel spills & fires. Manual will say where it is.
