Can't switch from XM radio to FM / AM in RX350

I have a friend that has a 2013 RX350 and only has the XM radio available... but not purchased.
He can't even switch to FM / AM radio. Has anyone ever had this happen or know someone who did? Would love to find a solution to this... Thanks!

call Lexus dealer if under warranty, I had my Mark Levinson head unit replaced due to faulty tuner. Good luck

Agreed. Not a common problem or frankly one that I can remember has been reported in the past. I've not had this issue with my ML on a 2013 and I switch between Sirius XM and FM every now and then. Good luck!
