Does anyone else have newer Bluetooth firmware than the number in the picture?

 

Yours appears to have later Nav and Bluetooth firmware than my 2013 RX450h (with Nav) does, and my Infotainment system was supposedly flashed with the latest firmware available for my 2013 recently. On the same update screen, my Model ID is the same as yours, and Nav shows V6613850, Bluetooth 21.210.

Your profile shows you're running a RX400h, but I assume you're in a 3rd Gen of some model year by now. Is there a specific problem you're having, and if so, have you tried contacting your Technology Specialist at the dealership to see if they could help?

 

My phone disconnects and reconnects often, also the reading of text messages doesn't work. Also the durung call screen always reads private call. Just trying to determine if i can push service for a firmware update. The specialist doesn't have a solution

 

Sorry to hear you're having problems. Given the zillion of combinations there are these days, in case it helps someone else with an idea to assist you, what MY of RX do you have, and which phone (and OS level)? Good luck!

 

2015 RX450h and 2014 ES350.
Note 3, Not3 4, and HTC M9 all running Lollipop
The M9 doesn't have the read text issue but has all the others. Both Notes have all issues.
