2013 for $35K asking

Would you guys think it is OK to buy a CPO 2013 with 43 K miles asking price $35K.
I guess I am asking if you think mileage is a problem, car is right color etc and has Nav.
But not the tow prep. I think I may need.

too many miles! I have a 2012 with 30K on it. You can have it for $38K :)

43k is a bit high for 35k imo. 35k OTD maybe but not 35k before tax and tags

If it is a cpo w wty to 100k it is worth it! It has the new led face etc, worth a lot more than a 12!
