Default Need help with moonroof

Our 2012 RX350 was recently in for collision repair (minor) at the dealer's shop and upon return all is well except that the one touch feature of the moonroof is gone. The open/close and up/down buttons all seem to do both functions now.

I know the previous gen RX had a reset procedure for this but I can't find one for ours. Any ideas?

Open the sunroof all the way, hold the button for 10 seconds, close the roof, hold for another 10 sec, that should work.

Saw this info after doing a search on the internet.

See if it works.

With the ignition on, press and HOLD the “CLOSE” switch. The moon roof will close if open, reopen and pause for about 10 seconds. Then it will close again, then it will tilt up and pause for approximately 1 second. Finally, it will tilt down and close.
Then release the switch.

It is essential to keep the switch held throughout this process.

Tried this too but no luck. When I execute this procedure the roof closes and then immediately tilts up (rather than re-opening) and it just stays there no matter how long I press the button.

One other note: the dealer indicated that they had to jump start the car and in doing so screwed up and tripped the master breaker which required an additional day of repair. I'm assuming some kid reversed the polarity of the cables. All systems seem fine except for the moonroof. I guess I'll call them next week.
