I bought this pad wrongly but strangely, it is supposed to have the telephone and push to speak buttons. The specs said it is USA dependency spec, so what it means? I can't use it because the buttons are missing. My car is a RX350 2010 model.

I don't know how that piece could be up to US specs since bluetooth and the speech command system are standard while dynamic radar cruise control (the button on the bottom) is pretty rare.

I'm agreeing with Anita. Was probably out of Que and wrong item was packed. I'd send it back and order again.
