I have an odd problem when listen to XM radio (I have the Nav system).

When I click on in the info button to see what song / artist is playing normally it works and when a new song comes on the data changes.

But sometimes even when the song changes the song information on teh screen doesn't.

It will never change until:
1) I change to another XM station and then click back on the original station, or
2) I shut the car off and re-start it.

It doesn't happen every time but often enough to be annoying. I tried shutting the radio off and turning it back on again and that doesn't work.

Any else experience this?

That' very odd I have never experienced this problem (yet). I would recommend going to the dealer, maybe a hard drive update is needed or something.

After having my 2010 IS250C for over 4 years, I just started having the same problem. I thought it was because I just called last week to downgrade my radio service to fewer features. After going through the same dance with SXM (restarting service, refreshing radio) they too suggested I go to the dealer and have the radio restore to the factory settings. Yeah, right.
It does seem to be ok for a few hours, then it goes back to its memory problem. Like me, perhaps? it says "now where was I?"
I'm glad I checked this forum so I can see that I'm not alone. Thanks to everyone for sharing your experiences.

Have seen this happen over the last ten years. Not just in my Lexus.

Infiniti and Buick did it occasionally too.

Just missing some ones and zeros once in awhile.
