Help Installing Rear bumper guard chrome bar
I'm trying to install this bumper but having some issues. The manual is not useful at all. 
1) Do I need to take out the plastic cover from the back? (The plastic that covers one side of the mounting bracket.
2) Do I take out the OEM bracket and place the bracket that comes with the kit using the same holes and bolts?
3) Do I mount the brackets to the chrome bar before securing the brackets to the vehicle, or first brackets and then vehicle?
4) Is there a right and left side for the brackets?
