Default Timing belt or timing chain?

Anybody know for certain if the '15 Rx350 has a timing belt or a timing chain?

With the release of the Gen III models, both the RX350 and RX450h have the new low friction engines that include an internal timing chain. No maintenance is needed on it. I can't speak for sure on the RX350 but my 450h doesn't even have a belt tied to a water pump, A/C, or power steering. Those features are all electric as it operates on battery only much of the time.

All the 3gen RX350s use timing chains, as long as your change the oil on time, it should last a really long time aka "lifetime"
