I'm a newbie here and this question may have an obvious answer but I haven't been able to figure it out.

If I am streaming music wirelessly from my iPhone and receive a phone call, after the call is terminated the system does not go back to my music (or anything else). I then press radio and then press media, and I'm back to streaming music.

I've only been in my '14 RX350 AWD with Nav for a few days and have yet to read the manual.

On a side note, I emailed Lexus and they will be sending me an additional owner's manual. This will allow me to have one in the car and one in the house.

Love being able to listen to text messages and reply verbally.

Same thing happens to me listening to audiobooks from my Android using Bluetooth in my 2013 450h. I have shut off the app on the phone and started it again to get it to work - I'll try your technique of switching to radio and back.
