Is it possible to swap out the 2010's for a 2013?
I ask because the 2013's have the LED driving Lights on them?

If not, what are some doing for OEM mod's for diving LED lights?

I didnt mean Fog Lights, I mean the LED driving lights underneath the headlight....:-)

I believe in order for you to swap in the redesign headlights with LED DRL. You need to do a whole new face lift, which includes the grill, bumper and headlights.

I believe it has been confirmed the headlights can't be switched without changing the bumper. Then there's the issue of AFS if your RX is equipped with it. That feature is not supported on 2013+ models. MEP7557 added LED strips to his 2010 RX. Click here for his thread. It has a few posts in there from another member who added LED strips below the headlights similar to the 2013+ RX.
