Which CPO 2010 RX350 deal is better?
This is my first post and I am soon to own my first RX 350! We have an IS 250 we LOVE, so we are excited! We are trading our 2006 volvo XC90 with 105,000 miles on it and paying cash for the difference which we are hoping to keep under $25,000 OTD. I think we can get between $7-8,000 for our volvo. Due to our budget and not wanting to finance, I am looking at 2010's right now and there seem to be quite a few in Colorado (where I live), especially obsidian exterior color. Can I get some advice as to which one you think is better out of the 2 choices and what should be a decent price point? Both are base models btw (no nav or fancy stuff which is fine by us!).
1st Option:
2010 RX 350
28,050 miles
Obsidian exterior, Parchment interior
Base Model but does have heat/cool seats, review mirror camera etc.
Certified Pre-Owned Deal
1 owner of car and just came off lease, was purchased at same dealership that is selling it.
Haven't seen car but the pictures make it look really nice
$32,994 is asking price ($34,994 is their supposed MSRP) they are willing to give me $8,500 for my volvo and I would walk out the door paying them $26,268.18 cash)
2nd Option:
2010 RX 350
31,499 miles
Obsidian exterior, Black interior
Base model (same as car above, not as well cared for perhaps based on pictures. More wear and tear)
Certified Pre Owned Deal
1 owner of car, off lease, was purchased at the same dealership that is selling it.
$32,500 is asking price
Want to see my volvo before they will "chat numbers."
Originally I was drawn to the 2nd one because it was cheaper and seemed like the "basic RX" we were looking for. It will get some wear and tear and love and we plan to keep it for many years. I am now drawn to option 1 because they are dealing with me on the internet and about to see how close we can come with numbers. Option 2 is where I currently service my IS250 and we like them but they won't deal with me on the internet and want my face to face business. They did tell me over the phone they refused to lose my business to their competition. I have learned a lot from this forum. Thanks in advance for your advice. What is fair asking price for either car? What should I be saying or doing to get an even better deal

When I was looking for a 450h I went to:
http://www.autotrader.com
and
http://www.cargurus.com
punch in make, model, and other info to see what prices are in your area or even nationally. Like was stated before they seem close but sometimes there is more to the deal than just the price. I could not get a lower price (which I would have paid as I considered it fair) but I asked for and got a Lexus hitch, body side moldings and crossrails all installed for the agreed upon price and the dealer was closest to my location.
