I apologize if this has been asked before. I could not find any post when I searched.

I have a 2010 RX 450h and discovered I had lost one of the covers for the jack/tow hook on the front bumper. I obtained a replacement. When I went to install it I discovered that the plastic retainer on the bumper inset is cracked. It is also very flimsy.

Any recommendations on how to fix and improve this retainer?

Perhaps you could post a photo which might show the extent of the problem for further diagnosis.
