If i had THIS horrible experience, i will definitely escalate my complaint to LEXUS corporate. They need to do an investigAtion.
Specifically, the immobilizer and Lexus Enform.
Both features boast of theft deterrence and Stolen vehicle location.

This is a safety issue.
