Default 2010 HVAC Blower intermittently working

Started having issues with Fan not blowing at full speed inside the cabin. Randomly it would come on at high speed.

Now it’s not working but sometimes will start running for a few minutes and stop.

Went to purchase a new blower motor and it said it could also be Blower Control Module or a Resistor.

Searched for the other parts but nothing is pulling up for 2010.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Have you pulled the OBDII codes? I would check to see if there are any before proceeding any further.

Try manual speed control. ECU then sends signal to fan speed display and fan-speed-controller. Speed controller then sends appropriate voltage to the fan to make it spin at different rates.

I would suspect the controller is bad. I would lean towards the fan if never gets high. Wiring/connectors can be bad. Wires and connectors are of good quality in Lexus, but rodents love to chew on them.
