Default HomeLink Reset/re-program

We had a new garage door opener installed. Need some help trying to wipe out the old opener and reprogram the button on my HomeLink for the new opener. Followed the instructions, but I don't think it cleared out the old opener. Any suggestions?

I've done this many times.... press and hold the two outer HomeLink buttons, releasing only when the HomeLink indicator light begins to flash. It can take up to a minute before you see the flashing.

Once the indicator lights flash you have wiped the memory.

HomeLink Customer Care at 1-800-355-3515 is very helpful if needed.
