I wouldn't be concerned at all with such a light package and relatively short distance, I have towed heavier and further with my 2010 RX350.
In terms of technique I would recommend you remember to hook up the trailer, lights and chains. And remember to stop at red lights.

It wiill be OK. If you are new to towing, here are a few things to be careful about. When making turns go wide. Do not cut corners close because your trailer will hit the curb and may go over the top of the curb. No matter what your speed is this is always a bad deal. Think ahead when you are driving to avoid confining situations ... don't go into narrow fast food take out lanes with sharp turns, for example. When you are backing up, make sure you keep your trailer behind your car and in sight. Do not let your trailer go too far to either side when you are backing up because it can jackknife and hit your bumper. Before your trip check your tire pressure and if your hubs need lub then make sure they have enough lubrication. The day of your trip make sure that your jet ski is still attached to your trailer at the front and any tie downs you have in the back and check that your lights are working. Securely attach your safety chain to your car. If for any reason you need to disconnect your trailer from your car during your trip, make sure you have a block or something to put in front of the tire(s) to prevent the trailer from rolling. Once your trailer starts rolling, even on a slight grade, it can become impossible or dangerous to stop. The trip should be enjoyable, easy and safe.
