Arrow Sevn86's 2010 Lexus RX350

Hi yall, My name is Naazim and I'm so happy to be a part of the Lexus family. I've always liked Lexus and wanted an IS 350 F Sport. Around the end of March after we sold my current ride my parents and I started our search for my next car. They always wanted to get a Lexus but kept putting it off. We looked at the IS and it was just too small for what our family needed since i was always hauling everyone around so my parents decided on the RX. It wasn't my first choice but since they were paying for it I didn't mind at all. We didn't want new so we picked up a 2010 Lexus RX350 in Obsidian with the Ebony Interior on April 09, 2012. It has the Premium, Comfort and Nav packages and the upgraded factory chrome 19 inch sport wheels. I know Im a little late with starting this journal/ build thread but its better late then never. In this thread i'll post anything and everything I do to my car. Hope you guys enjoy and find this thread useful.

Heres some info and pics of my past ride:

Went to see the first transformers movie and saw Bumble Bee and thats when I knew I had to have that car if it ever went into production. Found out in late 2008 that the camaro was making a come back and Custom ordered one on Sept. 14th 2009 and waited about 2 months for it. I picked it up on November 12th 2009. It was a Aqua Blue Metallic 2010 Chevy Camaro 2LT with the RS Package. Had the two tone leather interior and everything. I had one of 3,610 to be ever built in that color and one of only 50 with the same specs ever built. Aqua Blue metallic was discontinued 6 months after production started. God I miss that car.

Just got my windows tinted! Love the way they turned out! 30% on the front two (stayed legal) and 15% over the dark rear factory glass which brought it down to 5%. I have no trouble what so ever seeing out at night. I love the fact that no one can see inside the RX unless they are looking through the front two windows.

Naazim,
As one Obsidian owner to another, there is nothing like a nice shiny, black RX. If you haven't already done so, invest in some high quality automotive soap and hand washing supplies. Check out the detailing section of Club Lexus for tips and proper care of what is, in my opinion, one of Lexus' best features, the paint. Although it is a very delicate paint, which appreciates your constant attention. Enjoy your Lexus and may you have a long and happy relationship.

Oh and don't worry about saving space for future threads and discussions The moderators here are a great group of folks and will encourage your additional posts when you're ready. And of course the rest of us ain't too bad either....well most of us

remaining years on this thread; always remember,,,,,you HAVE to use Premium Fuel in a 2010 or it might implode right in front of you, or worse, you will feel the wrath of a hundred angry
Lexus owners who all are absolute EXPERTS on what fuel your vehicle should ever use or need. Even broken windows and flat tires have been attributed to using the wrong fuel by some, so BE CAREFUL!!
