Hello All,

I feel like a total FAILURE! I received the crossbar and tried to install them but cannot remove the caps at the end of the bar. I don't have the tool they listed (plastic removal tool) so I used small, flat screw driver but there is no way I can pop the cap off. Instructions show so simple but man I felt defeated. Last resource is to bring it to the dealer but.......

Can someone shed some lights, please? Thanks.
