Is someone try to install? I'm thinking this is good for wide-angle and front parking view both.

This is side-view.
I mean front view not standard options.

 

No it is not an option on any RX as of now. I can see in front of the car on thr right side with the Wide-view Side Monitor System and on the left side by looking out the side window. However never needed to have help looking out the windshild to see things in front of the car. So as you can see I do not understand the need for one but Lexus might see it and put it on one.

 

only on the right side of the car (opposite to driver seat) but never heard something about front camera

Below an example of the image taken by my camera (right side) not so nice picture but quite clear.

as soon as you exceed 5km/h or so, camera is disconnected.
The small button to activate the camera is not really ergonomic (when you turn the steering wheel) Lexus, should put a captor automatically activating this camera when we are approaching an obstacle too close.

 

Someone did it on their the 2nd gen RX but it was with an aftermarket radio/display.
