Question Nav speed dials

I have read through the manuals and spent a lot of time going through and playing with the Nav system. I can not figure out how to use the speed dials quickly.
- Is there a voice command to use a programmed speed dial?
- Is there somewhere I can go for it recognize my voice better? Example; When I say call "Roger". It return with some a totally different name.

Not it sure what the purpose of speed dial is if I can't get to it quickly without having to fumble with the screen while driving.

Thank you for your help.

If you search for it you will find many people hating the nav system including the voice commands. I had a chance to ride in and check out a same car in Japan last year. I used to think that it was the voice command that was "lost in translation" for the US models. Well, I found out even the Japanese don't use voice commands because it sucks.

Do you have an iphone? If yes, then use the siri eyes free method to call someone.

Same as Mors
I use Siri, with the iPhone 7 it doesn't have to be plugged in to respond to Hey Siri.
I use it to Call, text, etc.

IIRC, one pushes the "off hook" button on the steering wheel (of a 2013 RXh) to wake up the screen, then select the Speed Dial and select the desired recipient.

'Hope this helps (and is accurate).
