Default Love my tungsten

I've had my tungsten since feb. I gotta admit, I've always thought of "silver" as boring. But this isn't plain old silver, as some say. I picked it up on a dreary rainy day, and the color had a pearlescent look to it, which Attracted me vs. Obsidian it was parked next to. On a very sunny day, it is just as gorgeous. Earlier today, as I approached it, it seemed to look almost like a faint blue. I've grown to love how dynamic the color can be under different lighting conditions. I still walk up to it and smile. I also have the black interior (another first for me). The combo is classy.

You will be happy. P

I don't have the hybrid, but I do have two tone...meaning the dash and around the top area of doors etc is dark brown/black, and the lower portion is parchment...if that's what you mean by hybrid. I have starfire pearl and I love it!

I think the confusion on the "two-tone" comes from the two-tone arm rests of the doors on the Hybrid model. The gasoline RX's don't have this on the ivory or gray-colored seats, only the Hybrid. The gasoline RX does have ivory/wood or gray/wood on the armrests of the door. And I think the Hybrid only has the two-tone armrests on the doors for the grey interior, (black/grey with darker wood).

I forgot to mention that I think the silver color is kind of unique-looking on the current gen RX. I had a loaner several months back in that color, and I remember seeing it at night in a parking lot and the reflections off of the car kind of had different hues. I thought it was quite striking for a silver car!!

Ecub, Great choice...I have the same color..I love it...I too had the windows matched. The only thing with black interiors is that you have to wipe it down at least once a week. The dust and lint is seen very easy. But good choice..Congrats.

I just picked up the 2011 RX350 with the Starfire Pearl and parchment... love it... but as everyone says-- beauty is in the eye of the beholder.... If anyone reading has the RX300 or 330-- and wondering whether to upgrade.. I highly recommend it-- Navigation and cockpit is far superior and ride is Lexus as always.....
