+1 !!!

I figure the only reason it isn't, is because Lexus aims to keep the "starting price" low.

By time you add the packages the car does get more pricey, but I've really appreciated the lights, AWD, seats, etc. The original RX was always good in snow, my 2006 400h not, but the new one is significantly better. I'm so glad I switched! Living on a hill in a hilly area requires AWD on all of my cars.

Btw, so far today I saw 2 2G RX and 2 3G RX stuck in the snow...

Unless you press the AWD button in the low speed, your AWD won't engaged full time. Our Active Torque Control AWD only works when the systems detect the slippage or situations. Once the systems think it's "clear", it turns back to FWD immediately.

You can test-drive 3G RX350 with the low speed and drive under 1+ inch snow covered roads. Try to drive it with AWD-button pressed and without. You will feel the huge different.

LOL. I knew someone would say this!
I rather have AWD than comfort pkg for HID. That's for sure.

In regard to build quality, both my '07 RX and my '10 RX were built in Canada, and I've had no problems with either vehicle.

I did notice that the 2010 FWD RX doesn't have a "Snow" button like it had in the '07 RX. Has anyone that went from a second gen FWD RX to the third gen FWD RX noticed this? I'm wondering why Lexus did this. Although living in Florida, I never had any reason to use the "Snow" button when I was driving the '07.
There is a snow "button" its hidden in a sub menu on the little display in the instrument cluster.
