Just bought a 2010 RX350 AWD with navi

After a frustrating 1200 mile trip I just cant get into a simple functionality my other cars with Navi have. I want to easily switch between (say) detailed listing of whats on my IPOD then back to Map screen AND VICE VERSA. I have figured out that I can hold the USB/IPOD screen on by disabling the auto screen change. But then when I want to take a quick look at the map and hit the map button I cant easily get back to the USB - I have to go back thru MENU to AUDIO etc And perish the thought if I want to display audio on my USB/IPOD and then display audio on my CD or SAT......
