Default New TPMS on tire replacement?

I would like to know if it is required to replace the TMPS when I replace the tires or I can re use the existing one for a 2007 RX 350?

You can use the existing one on the new tires. The sensor is attach to the rim, not the tire. Just tell the installer you have TPMS so he will be careful not to break it.

Exactly right. Keep the existing one and let the installer know.
