I am from Annecy. My RX 450 h special edition (25th anniversary) still a pleasure to drive every day (about 600km/week or 370 mi/week just for going to work), mostly mountains-like geographical lansdcape.
I've got now 46'700mi or 75'156.37km . Reminder: I bought it in Oct.2016 with 15'543mi or 25'014.03km.
Have tested many cars before changing my former RX450h techno-dynamic pack in 2016 (which had 113'154mi or 182'103.7km when sold it but once you drive a hybrid vehicle so reliable with no failure, there was nothing better than... a lexus hybrid again...
Really a challenge to buy another car. This RX is my 3rd Lexus hybrid (starting to drive hybrid in 2009 with a RX 400 h black edition).

Basically I can't see exactly on which part you are referring to, can you post a coupe of pics eventually ?
Try to send info to Lexus France they maybe can give you a Lexus dealer around Paris to deal with the problem.

Back in the RX Club !
We had a 1999 RX300 CPO until 2011. Last week got a 2015 RX350 CPO. Very nice condition. I'm still crawling over and under, becoming familiar with mechanical and technical details. Brakes/shocks/struts/etc and so forth, look familiar... I like do a lot of my own work when possible, especially things not covered, or when out of warranty. Question is, where can I find a "Service Manual" ? Would guess they are soft copy now, DVD or such...

Mine was in ‘secret’ place inside central console box (under your right hand). Just open it and take a look at the front side of it - there is hidden door.

ROXIE is a 2011 RX 350 w/o navigation.
It's about 65K MILES
The White front bumper has been painted twice in three years.
Options are few, Satellite radio is a plus, as is the Bluetooth. WV does not allow holding a cellphone underway.
Lately the Air bag SRS warning has been flashing.
So, I joined Club Lexus to see what might need done to correct the fault.

Like @TX350, also my first Lexus and the nicest vehicle I've ever owned; had for about 3 years. Unfortunately, I'm currently looking for a fix since Black Magic is currently undrivable. And yes, I'm on ClubLexus desperately looking for help...
I have what seems to be an extremely uncommon immobilizer lockout/sleep issue since recently attempting to program additional keys (and apparently failing too many times) -- dealer wants close to $4,000 to replace Immobilizer, Certification, and Power Steering ECUs =(

I just traded in my 2002 RX 300 w/125k miles for a CPO 2015 RX 350 with 30k miles. Despite not driving much and my car always being parked in the garage, the Florida heat contributed to all the seals (oil, a/c) dry rotting and failing about the same time. I decided it was finally time to upgrade, and am loving my new (to me) car. I am not sure how others feel about the new grills, but I went with a 2015 because I was not looking for a car with a front end that was a combination of a giant fish mouth and a hip hop artist’s “grillz.”
I am looking forward to learning about all these features added since my 2002, and appreciated reading everyone’s posts as I was deciding on which car to purchase.

New owner
i just bought a 2010 RX 350 with 59000 miles last week. It’s fwd with navigation , 19 inch wheels , tungsten pearl paint , comfort package, intuitive parking assist, premium package , tow prep package, z1 accessory package. I’ve only had it three days so I’m reading the forums and getting familiar with it. I will be putting a tow hitch on it, already replaced the cabin filter and added a K&N air filter (so I won’t have to buy another one). The next step is checking to see if I have the rubber oil cooler line or if it’s metal.
