Greetings! New To Club Lexus...
Greetings!
I've been lurking in the forums for well over a month now. About five weeks ago, I purchased a preowned 2012 RX 350 from a Lexus dealership. Shortly thereafter, I started experiencing transmission shuddering. I brought it back to have them check it out. The transmission issue was confirmed, and they were unable to correct the problem. Keep in mind, I purchased this vehicle "as is," with no warranty, so I figured I was hosed. Instead, a few of the department heads got together and worked out a couple of options for me. Option one was to put in a new transmission and torque converter at a "generously" discounted price. Option two was to find another vehicle I could trade into. I eventually decided on option two. Several days went by, before a pristine 2010 RX 450H came in with 90,000 miles, and every option and feature imaginable. I looked it over, took it home overnight, and decided to make the swap. They did an even-up trade, with no hassles. No doubt if I had purchased this first vehicle anywhere else, I would've been stuck with it. Gotta' say I'm enjoying my RX 450 immensely more than my initial purchase! I will continue lurking here on a regular basis. Just wanted to say hello, and tell you all how much I thoroughly appreciate the wealth of information I have gleaned from this forum!...

Scottish RX joins the forum.
This is my third Lexus, an IS300 Sportcross, best car I've ever had, a CT200H, my wife's car and now my 2010 Lexus RX450h.
It's an SEi, in the UK it comes with Sat Nav, Drivers memory function, adaptive headlights. The only thing I miss is lack of a sunroof, I believe you call it moonroof over the pond. I was advised to avoid SELmodels due to issues with air suspension being very costly to maintain further down the line. Only issue I have is a creaky rear seat. As I bought it from Lexus it comes with a year's warranty and I briung it inext week for them to have a look at.
I changed my Mercedes C200 Estate and I can't believe how much better this car is. Have been lurking a bit but thought I would introduce myself

Hi! I purchased my first Lexus about 1 month ago with 21,000 miles on it.
2014 Lexus RX350
Navigation
color: silver lining with light gray interior
Premium and Comfort packages, parking assist, blind spot monitor, no sport model
I traded in my lovely loaded 2012 Subaru Outback for this beautiful Lexus because I wanted to upgrade to some safety features the Subaru did not have. I almost bought an Acura but this Lexus just felt better. The only things my Lexus is lacking are the Collision Avoidance, which I thought would be great, and Lane Assist, which I hear is a pain.I have not added a subscription to Lexus Enform because I am not sure the $164/yr is worth it, although it is almost the same monthly price as Sirius alone. I am enjoying the forum. Thanks for all the information!

This is our second Lexus RX350. We still have the first, a 2009 Pebble Beach Edition.
Our new-to-us RX350 is Certified.
Options include:
1 Navigation
2 Park Assist
3 Heated/Ventilated seats
4 19 inch wheels
Color: Nebula Gray/Black interior
We probably have some other options I'm not aware of, but those are the options we wanted.

I just purchased a
2015 RX450h 3.5 V6
silver with black leather
19" wheels
power package
front h&c seats
premium audio
backup camera
park assist
Had a 2008 RAV4 V6 AWD which I had not planned on getting rid of but due to differentiator issues I was forced to make a decision. I had not planned on buying a bigger car but really liked the idea of a hybrid. I hope I made the right decision.

After owning 1st gen '99RX for 18 yrs, picked up CPO 2011 FWD RX450H. Giving it a good scrub bottom to top.
