One of my minor complaints from our previous Lexus was when it's cloudy and you turn on your wipers, IMHO the auto headlights should turn on too and didn't. On the new 3rd gen RX when you go into the shop for the 1st service can the dealer set the auto head lights if you have them to come on when the rain sensing wipers start up automatically? It seems sensible to me to have the lights on when the wipers are running as well. Do any of you real techie guys know the answer to this?

 

The European cars does that, its a great safety feature, Lexus make safe cars, but they over look little things like that. With that said, it cannot be link in the computer, however, in my old GS, I had the dealer turn the auto headlight sensitivity all the way up and it did turn on when it rains most of them.
