Looks great

I replaced the bulb with the 4 LED flanks and they fade.Maybe a bit faster but they do fade.
Well worth the changeover.

Mine fade but, you see the steps as it fades up and down. Like a 4 position fader switch. I still like them better than the OEM.

They look great but I cannot bring myself to do this on a special order car that took so long to get in.

Why? It makes a big difference. The worst part is the cracking noise when you pull the inner part of the side mirror from the outer casing. Nothing broke, it's just what happens. Here is a pic of the passenger side which did fall apart but it was not a big deal to put back together.

Want me to post an after shot so you feel better, lol. It's really not that bad. And I promise I'll add a warning next time

Trust me I was very hesitant to do this at first as I am super picky about my vehicles, gets washed 3 times a week.

It is a piece of cake, pulling the mirror I think is the worse part but it comes right off. I would do it all again.

I am so OCD that it has to be CDO must be in the right order. Can take apart a 60k HPLC or a GC but could never do that to a new car. More power to you all for doing such good work with all the LED in your cars

First of all. Nice change ups bro. I have done exactly the same thing too. It definitely makes the car much cooler and personally, maybe little more manly too. Ok, here's the deal. Imma make it short and and sorry for having no pics, but if you have questions, you can always pm me.
1) tilt the side mirrors to the most up position.
2)use a flat head screwdriver to pry open from the bottom gap using outward pressure. (cover your driver with some soft material recommended to prevent scratch.)
3) the mirror should be popped off by now, and you will see 5 (as far as i can recall, but they are all within a few inches apart). Unscrew them...
4) the mirror back cover can come off by now using outward pressure opposite direction to aforementioned.
5) you should see the bulb by now!!!!
6)reverse above procedures and look good!!!

Hope you find this useful.

I am looking to change them also. Did you order the light bulbs? If you have, would you mind sharing the part #s? Thanks.
