Question Phone book and call-ID issues.

I successfully transferred my contacts to RX, and all the numbers insides the contacts are showing without "1", for example, xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Now, if someone calls you and their caller-ID shows 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx, even though this number has been stored in your contacts with the format xxx-xxx-xxxx, RX won't display this user's name and information...

Urrrrrrrrr............

Well... just did a few tests.

Background: '10RX350 AWD with BlackBerry 8320 and Sony Ericsson K700i.

Setup/Results:
Bluetoothed to BlackBerry 8320
1. Transferred all of contacts from BlackBerry 8320 to RX. Success. Contacts' phone numbers are all without "1".
- Incoming calls won't be able to connect with any contacts.

2. Edited one contact and added the new number with "1" in front of 10-digit phone number.
- That incoming call can successfully connect to that modified contact.

3. Created the new contact into the Address Book as well as added "1" in front of 10-digit phone number.
- RX cannot dial out by selecting that address info. RX will dial 11xxxxxxxxx.

Bluetoothed to Sony Ericsson K700i
Contacts cannot be ported to RX.

What a life!!!
