Those are the characteristics that would make the RX a consumer report top 10, good value, reliable and comfortable interior.

I know the new RX is too new to win any award now, maybe soon, they will be eligible for the motor trend SUV of the year award. They always give it to the new design models. Does anyone know if the last gen RX won any consumer report awards?

What if the review is correct and honest. Math will tell you that you are not going to get your investment back in gas savings.

Time will tell, I am still interested but there are alot of new vehicles on the way. The RX450h is only one of them and in todays economy, prices will be moderated.

With gas at $2 a gallon, it will take like 15 years to get your back hybrid investment and thats with no interest and at 15 years is when the battery pack needs to be replace. Of course everyone knows that gas price will not stay at $2 a gallon for long. Like ggebhardt said, the new wave of hybrid is coming out soon and cost of the battery pack continues to go down. For anybody that can wait a few years for a hybrid, they will be buying a hybrid that makes much more sense than the ones they are selling today.
