Well 12,000 miles a year is unrealistic for us. We need 15,000. I also thought we might have some equity in our present RX, although it was a 0 money down lease too. When the dealership checked into it they have determined we do have equity and will hopefully be offering us a better deal by weeks end.
This vehicle is not in stock and would have to be ordered due to the specific equipment we want added and omitted. It will be about a month wait if we are able to make a deal.

06GS300, Those figures were quoted to me by Johnson Lexus. If I can help you with a contact name feel free to message me privately.

PatsSoxfan, I would not obligate myself to any car without knowing the terms of the money. Everything I have seen in the past those deals were very unattractive. I had rather keep my money. I cannot help but believe you would do better with a 0 down lease.

12,000 miles a year is more than enough for us. My wife does not drive it that much. However, with the new revised EPA numbers I am just hearing about tonight (30mpg average), we could very well take it on more trips than we have in the past with the RX400h. The 400h was very poor, especially in real cold weather (single numbers and teens above zero) when it would get about 18 mpg.

Lease a brand new totally redesigned 2010 LEXUS RX350 for
only $595.86 per month.
Please see below for all the details.

The lease is for 48 months with a mileage allowance of 24,000km per year.
Optional buy back at the end of this walk away lease is $21574.00.
Provided us with a fully refundable at the end of the lease security deposit of $4500 and the lease rate drops from 3.9% to just 2.1%.

Due on delivery including the first months lease payment is $5512.32

Monthly lease payment is only $505.86 plus tax for a total of $673.32.
Other models at similar savings.

The lease payment can be less if you wish to put some money down.

Just a slight correction - probably a typo by the person who posted originally, but I believe he meant to say monthly lease is only $595.86 cdn. dollars.

Not a stellar deal in my opinion as you're paying MSRP...

Actually, I had just copied the original ad. You are correct the lease is 595.86 CDN with taxes comes to 673 CDN.

What would be a good lease number for this vehicle in Canada ?

Bumping this old thread to see what others in the Toronto area have paid for a 2010 450h or 350. Either lease or not.

I'm considering getting an RX and need to do a CBA to determine if it's better to get a slightly used one (2008) vs. a brand new one.

Please post up if you have any numbers you can share. Thanks!

Oh boy... second generation vs. third generation? I'm new here on the forum but have you driven either of these? Until you do, you really can't figure a proper CBA "for you".

Leased my 2011 RX350
MSRP around $49K or just under
36 months
12K miles per year
$3.5K or so due at signing
$449/month plus tax (this is the only number I remember accurately)

I was able to negotiate the purchase price to $2K under invoice, the the lease price that I got was the same as the special they were running on a stripped RX. The benefits of getting a car on Dec 31st.

1st time poster:

Can someone please give me some advice on leasing a new 2011 RX 350. I am in the NJ area. The details are:
MSRP: $48647
Sale price: $44840
36 months
12K miles per year
Money factor: 0.0017
Residual: 55%

Monthly Payments: 645.30
Down payment with all dealer fees: $1994.30

2011 RX 350 Matador Red with parchment interior, Navi, Comfort etc packages

If someone can tell me if this is a good deal and also if you have leased a new 2011 R350 for cheaper and where, I would appreciate it.

Thank you!

Read through from page1. Anyone has very good points and thought. To be honest, even i bought a new 2010 RX but i felt my IS300 2001 with almost 190000 miles still somewhat better in driving (steadier). Well good luck everyone.

One of my friend got this deal. However, He gets up to 15k miles per year instead of 12K because he is loyal costumer

hi
can you please provide the name of the dealership and also the person you spoke to? Is this a FWD or AWD, as it would make a difference in the price, considering you in CA, it must be a FWD.. please let me know.

Thanks

Just looked at the sticker on the car. $49162 and no this is not FWD, it is AWD with towing package (and hitch that I just installed!).

I will PM you the info. The pricing through fleet sales was great though. $2000 under invoice for me and $2500 under invoice from my friend. Soooo much cheaper than the other dealers I went to.
