Tire light came on flashing while driving. Drove about 20 miles and decided to pull off..no noticeable problem with tires or driving. Turned car off and tire light illuminated steady this time. Then TRAC Off came on followed by check engine. Not sure where to start. There are no Lexus dealers where I live. Reading the forums and online searches could be different things. I am older single lady and dont want to be broke down on highway. I have maintained my car regularly with oil changes and tires. What should I do. My car has 181,000 miles on it.so
You do not need a Lexus dealer. A good independent shop can help, or a Toyota dealer as the Lexus is about the same as a Toyota Highlander under the hood. Do not go to a chain repair shop.
This database of recommended car repair shops can be searched by city and state. https://www.cartalk.com/mechanics-files
Cross check any potential shops on Google or Yelp as some of the data is pretty old and may be out of date, or the shop may be closed.

Are you needing help in assisting you diagnose the problem?
or
You are looking for advice as to where to turn for diagnosis and repair.
Since your vehicle has been maintained, you have access or a working relationship with a shop. I would suggest that as a starting point.
If you have no working/established contact with a shop and are willing to pay premium cost for repair, then look for Lexus dealership around you. If the Lexus dealership is too far, then call the nearest Toyota dealership.
Next in the list would be independent shops that specialize in Japanese import [this where the dealership trained mechanics work after parting with dealerships.
If I have missed something or misunderstood, please comment back.
