Hi, I've been told the the build sheet is available from the Lexus web site. When I add a vehicle (I'm looking to buy a 2015 RX350) and go to the "Specs" page I see Standard Installed, Port or factory installed and additional features but none of them show the option packages i.e. Nav. Premium. Luxury etc even though I can tell from the pictures that ther is a nav system or heated seats indicating optional packages. What am I missing, where should I be looking. Thank you.
We can only see part of the post and mostly standard features.
In any case you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and can simply ask the seller to list features or bundle/package* and do not assume the bundle offered now is the same as when the vehicle was sold.
Salim
bundles [convinince, comfort etc can be very misleading and it is best to have the features enumerated explicitly.
If some features are important to you, ask if they are present.

What I don't want to do is go look at a car only to discover that the sellers ad either accidentally or intentionally misrepresented the options.
I didn't bother including all the Standard features pic in my post because they're identical on every VIN I added to the lexus site.

No different my friend if the feature is there but not working.
My view is have some one you trust verify [even have the pre-purchase mechanic's inspection] to verify must have features. I would never purchase sight unseen. RX is a very popular model and they are readily available. Some special features like ML and headset display are far and few [the seller would know about them and should be able to tell you].
Ok, let me rephrase the question: is it possible to see the factory installed option packages on the Lexus.com website?
You can find it on another website but you have to pay.
We used to be able to see factory/port installed packages/equipment on the Lexus website. But they no longer support that functionality on older vehicles. It is a shame. I have a message out to Lexus corporate customer service asking if intentional - doubt I’ll hear back.
In any case - you can pay ($8.99 I think) for a sample window sticker that will include all the factory installed packages on the specific vehicle you’re looking at here: https://monroneylabels.com
