Turn Signal Doesn't Stop
 

I have a 2014 RX350 that has an intermittent problem where the Right Turn Signal is constantly fast. This is with the stalk in the Middle or Right Position.
With the hazard lights engaged, it blinks normally. With the Left turn signal engaged it stops.
Could this be a relay or is it the actual switch in the steering column?

I'm leaning towards the switch, because it's just once in a while, if it were me I'd just ignore it, but it's my wife's car so, i either fix it or buy a new car.

It could also be a failing bulb. I have had this problem twice on my 1999 Ram. In both cases, it turned out to be one of the rear turn signal bulbs that had grown weak but the filament was still intact. A new bulb fixed the issue both times.
