Yeah, Prestone also has their Asian pink equivalent.
My main query was for their All-Vehicle (universal) coolant.
I now have a couple jugs of that Prestone concentrate (friends gave some to me) and hate to not use it.

But that would mean purging the system to minimize the risk of non-compatibilty, as others have suggested.
