Default 2011 Rx 350 Passenger Headlight Issues

Sorry if this issue has been posted elsewhere in this forum. I could not find it so…

First, the issues I will describe below are only happening on the passenger side headlight. The driver’s side is working just fine. Also the passenger side bulbs all turn on and light up as they are supposed to however…

Passenger side headlight issues:

1.) the high beam does not function. The bulb illuminates perfectly but when I turn on the high beams (either flashing them or putting them permanently on) only the driver’s side illuminates “high”/ way ahead of the vehicle. The angle of the beam of light on the passenger side stays unchanged. I’ve read that the high beam function is achieved by a “louver” that angles up to allow the beam to shine “high”/way ahead of the vehicle (as a high beam would). Is this true and if so how do I repair it to function on the passenger side? Again, driver’s side functions properly.

2.) the adaptive light function on the passenger side does not seem to be working. When I am driving at speed and putting on my right turn signal the beam of the headlight does not shift to the right. The driver’s side does shift to the left when making a left hand turn. Is the passenger side headlight beam supposed to shift to the right when making a right turn? If so, how do I repair it to function on the passenger side?

Are these problems (1 and 2) on the passengers side an indication that I need a whole new passenger side headlight assembly?

Thanks in advance to all who post help and solutions to this issue.
